I earned my B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago and my M.A. from the University of New Mexico in fields far outside traditional HR. But life has a way of opening unexpected doors. What started as an opportunity grew into a calling: building workplaces where people feel supported, respected, and set up to thrive.
