Billing
Simple structure. Clear expectations.
Hourly Work
For quick support and fast-moving needs. Hourly work is billed weekly or biweekly depending on volume, and every invoice includes a detailed breakdown of hours and work completed so you always know what was done.
Project Work
For one-time needs with defined goals and timelines. A 50% deposit reserves your start date, with the remaining balance due before final delivery. Scope and timelines are agreed on upfront so there are no surprises.
Retainers
For ongoing HR partnership with dedicated monthly hours. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and include custom tools, monthly check-ins, strategic guidance, and Spanish-speaking support. After onboarding, your monthly rate adjusts to your standard retainer amount.
Flexible support for needs that fall outside a project or retainer. Pricing is shared once the scope is confirmed.
