Welcome

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll reach out to confirm the basics and understand what you need. You’ll complete a short Client Intake Form to share your business, priorities, and goals.

Consult

We’ll talk through your needs, goals, and timelines to get a clear picture of what you’re looking for. After our conversation, you’ll receive a concise proposal with scope, pricing, recommended next steps, and your projected start date.

Kickoff

In our kickoff meeting, we’ll set your start date, review your communication preferences, establish priorities, and walk through the steps ahead. As we move into the build phase, you’ll see drafts, share input, and request changes in real time as the work takes shape.

Delivery

Once your materials are finalized, we’ll hand off your final deliverables and walk you through any setup or implementation details. If training or onboarding support is needed, we’ll provide that too — so your team feels confident using what we’ve built together.

Closing

When the work is complete, we’ll wrap with a brief check-in to confirm everything is in place and address any remaining questions. If you’d like continued support, we’ll talk through what makes sense next.

Follow-Up

Two weeks after delivery, we’ll check in to gather your feedback, answer any questions, and make sure everything is working the way you need. This touchpoint gives you space to reflect and ensures you have the tools and support to move forward confidently.

Getting Started & Communication

How quickly will I hear back from you?

You’ll never wait long. I respond within a few hours, and provide a clear, complete follow-up within 24 hours.

How does Loliru communicate with clients?

We keep communication simple and consistent. Most updates happen by email, with meetings held on Zoom or Teams. If something needs a quick touch-base, we’ll hop on a call. Whatever the format, you’ll always know exactly where things stand.

What types of industries does Loliru Consulting work with?

We’ve worked across a wide range of fields, and that’s exactly why we’re equipped to support so many different types of businesses. Professional services, creative studios, tech start-ups, retail, hospitality, nonprofits, landscaping, HVAC and plumbing, electricians, cleaning services, home repair, and similar service-based teams.

Our approach is culture-first, tailored, and practical. We adapt to how your business runs, and that flexibility is why we’re able to step into almost any environment.

Do you work with remote or hybrid teams?

Yes. I work with clients across the U.S. remotely, and I offer in-person support throughout Greater Austin. I’m also available for on-site work outside of Austin and outside of Texas when a project calls for it. Whatever your setup—remote, hybrid, or on-site—I adapt so the partnership fits the way you operate.

How soon can we start?

Most projects begin within a week, but I can start sooner if something is urgent and my schedule allows. Once we confirm the scope, I’ll share your exact start date and what happens before we begin.

Files, Process & Project Flow

How are files and documents shared?

I work within the systems your team already uses—Google Drive, OneDrive, or your preferred platform. Sensitive files can be secured with passwords, and your business documents are handled securely and professionally. Everything is organized clearly and updated in real time, so you always have the latest version.

How do revisions work?

Most projects include 1–2 rounds of revisions to refine the work together. If you need more changes beyond that, we can continue with hourly edits or a separately scoped extension, depending on what makes the most sense for the project.

Contract & Payments

What if we need to change the plan?

If something shifts, we’ll review timing, priorities, and costs together to keep everything aligned and transparent. The goal is to make sure the work continues to reflect your needs — even if those needs change.

What happens if we need to pause or cancel a project?

If a project is paused mid‑way, completed work and time are invoiced. Remaining deliverables are simply placed on hold until you’re ready to continue.

Can we engage you for short‑term support or a single project?

We’re here to support you either way. Short‑term projects last under 6 months for temporary coverage or focused guidance. Single projects are one‑time deliverables such as audits or documentation—giving you exactly what you need, without a long commitment.

How are retainer payments structured?

Retainers are billed monthly in advance, with your first payment securing the start date. Invoices are due within 10 business days and may be settled by ACH, card, or approved digital methods—whichever is most convenient for you.

Do retainers require a deposit to begin?

No deposit is required. Your first monthly payment confirms the agreement and reserves your hours, ensuring your start date is secured.

How will I know how my time is being used?

Your time is tracked in 15‑minute increments across meetings, drafting, communication, and research. At the close of each cycle, you’ll receive a clear monthly summary for your records—so you always have a transparent view of how your hours were invested.

Do unused retainer hours carry over?

Unused hours may roll over for up to 30 days or be applied to a one‑time project within that window. After 30 days, any remaining hours expire.

Can the retainer be scaled up or down as our needs change?

Yes—retainers can be adjusted month to month based on your needs, giving you flexibility as priorities shift.

Yes. Bilingual support is available for both clients and employees, ensuring clear communication in English or Spanish.

Do you provide Notary Public services?

Yes. Convenient Notary services are available for clients when official documentation requires signing or verification.
